Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on our coffee products because each order is roasted to meet a particular profile. If the incorrect order was received, please contact us at unchainedcoffee@gmail.com with your order number and picture of item received. We will review the concern and contact you back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
